[ Service Design and Innovation ]
Hello. I am a market-driven service designer who loves to identify gaps where real problems exist and create viable solutions to improve businesses, experiences, and products.
I have over 18 years of experience in designing products for global retailers such as H&M, GAP, Old Navy, and Target. I have focused on strategy, prototyping, global trend research, product pricing, and supply chain management. I also possess a strong understanding of global corporate structures, including the best ways to co-create and collaborate with stakeholders to successfully achieve challenging goals and KPIs. I believe that a successful design process should begin with empathy, and I enjoy using insights to create exceptional experiences.
I am currently completing my MA in Service Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and my MA in Service Design and UX from MTU in Cork, Ireland. Additionally, I recently completed a full-time program at Hyper Island, which focused on leadership and Human-Centered Design. I am currently based in Sweden, where you can find me on a playground with my kids, enjoying a cappuccino, or relaxing in a sauna. I am eligible for employment in both the US and EU.
